As part of the installation program, ClearWater Marina Management Systems offers training to System Operators and System Administrators. It generally only takes a day to train an operator, especially if they have had exposure to Microsoft Windows applications. The amount of training required for a System Administrator will depend upon the level of knowledge they require from the system and should be agreed prior to installation.
As part of the annual maintenance and support agreement, additional training will be given by telephone, email or remote access.
Under your direction, ClearWater Marina Management Systems will provide a full project management service for the installation of your new software. To achieve a timely and effective transfer of control to one of the ClearWaterMMS products, this will include:
